KitchenAid Outlet appliances are discontinued products that are often sold at a closeout price. They ship from the manufacturer in their original packaging and have never been previously owned or used.

In addition to getting a dependable appliance at a discount price, KitchenAid Outlet appliances are covered by a limited warranty.* To help ensure your satisfaction, purchases made from the KitchenAid Outlet are also covered by our standard return policy. You may return countertop appliances in new condition purchased on KitchenAid.com within 30 days from shipment for a full refund or replacement. Return shipping is FREE, except for parts and accessories. If the 30-day return window has passed, and your product is still under warranty, call us for warranty service or to schedule a repair. Fees may apply. See Return Policy for details.

For major appliances, you may request a return within 30 days for products damaged upon delivery. A full product refund will be provided for returns requested within 15 days from the date of delivery. Returns after 15 days may incur a restocking fee. Delivery, shipping and service fees will not be refunded. Please see our Return Policy for details.

Refurbished appliances have been returned after initial purchase. They are cleaned, inspected and tested for defects before being sold through the KitchenAid Certified Refurbished Program. Outlet appliances have never been purchased or used. They are closeout appliances offered at a reduced price while supplies last.

Both Refurbished and Outlet appliances are sold under warranty, with separate and distinct warranty terms for each of these two types of appliances. Refurbished appliance limited warranty information can be found on the Certified Refurbished Program page.

KitchenAid Outlet appliances are sold while supplies last. Stock is limited, since these appliances are closeout models which are no longer in production. The selection of Outlet products is frequently updated, as models sell out and new ones become available.
