Caring for Our Community

The products you need, delivered safely.

Contactless Delivery

During this time of uncertainty, the health and safety of our service providers and consumers is our first priority. We know that reliable appliances are essential for cooking, cleaning and storing food.

To continue to provide you and your family with the appliances you need, we are doing everything we can to make sure your online orders are fulfilled in a safe and timely manner.

In an effort to minimize physical interaction, we offer the following contactless delivery features:

“Drop-off only” delivery option

As an alternative to in-home delivery, we offer a “drop-off only” delivery option. Our team will deliver your appliance(s) to a secure location outside your home, such as a garage, carport, or other sheltered area.

Verbal signature

Instead of requesting a physical signature upon delivery of your appliance, our delivery partners will request confirmation of your identity in order to complete your delivery. Once you accept the delivery, our delivery partners will note your acceptance electronically. As part of the delivery process, we will take a photo of your appliance at the delivery location to confirm the package was safely delivered. We may use these delivery photos to verify delivery location and audit for quality purposes. In order for your appliance to be delivered, someone over the age of 18 must be onsite.

We are excited to launch direct sales and delivery of major appliances in select areas, in addition to the nationwide coverage for countertop appliances, kitchenware and kitchen tools our customers already enjoy. We’re working to expand our sales and delivery area for major appliances, so please confirm that your zip code in the “Your Location” field at the top of the page is accurate — this will allow us to show you the direct sales and delivery options available in your area. If we aren’t in your area yet, use our Store Locator to find another major appliance retailer near you.

Our uninstall and haul away services are available for most major appliances, depending on your location. Add them during checkout, and we'll uninstall, haul away and, where possible, recycle the appliance you are replacing.

AVAILABILITY

We ship countertop appliances, kitchenware and kitchen tools throughout the United States.

Home delivery for major appliances is available in select parts of the continental United States at this time. For major appliance orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other islands, please contact us at 1 (800) 422-1230 to determine if we are able to fulfill your order.

Actual delivery time depends on product availability and your location, and may take up to two additional weeks for outlying areas. Delivery and installation policies and areas of service are subject to change.

We may refuse delivery, installation or haul away services for safety or other reasons, such as local laws or regulations.

IN-HOME DELIVERY

Our in-home delivery service handles large appliances too big for standard shipping carriers.

If you purchased parts and accessories with a large appliance, we'll try to deliver those items together. In some cases, depending on the products you select and their availability, certain items may ship separately.

Shipping fees may apply to items that are shipped. Your cart at checkout will identify items that will ship separately and itemize any additional shipping fees.

STANDARD SHIPPING

• Countertop appliances, kitchenware, kitchen tools, parts and accessories may ship separately using standard shipping methods. Your cart at checkout will identify items that will ship separately and itemize any additional shipping fees.
• We ship using FedEx or UPS. Shipping normally takes between 4 to 10 business days, but may take longer for outlying areas.

INSTALLATION, UNINSTALL & HAUL AWAY

See your cart at checkout to know if you qualify for installation of your new appliance, and uninstall and haul away for your old appliance. Availability of these services may vary based on product type and your location.

For example, built-in appliances or appliances that require a gas connection may not be available for installation due to local regulations. Appliance accessories will only be installed if purchased with a companion appliance.

DOING THE INSTALLATION YOURSELF?

• Be sure you have the right parts.
• If you selected installation at checkout, we’ll supply the parts needed to get your appliance installed.
• If you’re installing yourself, installation parts are sold separately. Our checkout will help identify compatible parts.
• Please be sure to consult the owner’s manual before attempting installation.

SCHEDULING

Depending on your delivery area, you may be able to select preferred delivery dates or time windows. We’ll contact you directly to finalize your delivery date and time. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change based on product availability and other factors.

We’ll contact you to:
• Notify you when your appliance leaves our factory so you can anticipate estimated arrival (usually about 4 business days before delivery).
• Remind you the day before delivery.
• Notify you when your product is about to arrive.

Be sure to note at checkout if your appliance needs to be delivered between floors 3-5. Deliveries above the 5th floor require a working elevator.

WAYS TO PREPARE

If you selected installation at checkout, we’ll supply the parts needed to get your appliance installed. If you’re installing yourself, make sure you have the right parts and hookups (our checkout will identify compatible parts if you need to purchase them). Be sure to measure your home so your appliance fits through each hall and doorway and fits in your space. Installation fees include basic installation, but not things like new connections or cabinetry modifications.

INSPECT YOUR SPACE

Check for proper plumbing and correct water lines for products like dishwashers or refrigerators with a water dispenser. Ensure there are nearby electrical outlets that fit your new appliance plug. If you do not have proper plumbing or outlets, the installation fee will not be waived. Deliveries above the 5th floor will only be made with a working elevator.

Map Out a Path of Entry
• Measure the width of each doorway, hallway and stairwell the product may pass through.
• If necessary, your delivery crew will remove your exterior doors (hinge pins) to gain access.
• Make sure the pathway is clear of personal items, including tables or furniture that may get in the way.
• We won’t remove interior doors, handrails, banisters, screen doors or any personal possessions.

Measure Your Cutout
• Measure height, width and depth of your space to ensure the dimensions of your product match.
• Some products will need some breathing room for venting, hookups and to allow doors to open. For example, refrigerators require an additional ½'' on each side for venting.
• Cabinet modifications will not be made.

CONFIRM YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PARTS

If you select installation at checkout, we’ll automatically add the parts you need to get your appliance hooked up. If you’re installing yourself, our checkout will identify compatible parts you may need for hookup.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our delivery team will use coverings to protect finished floors. If you selected installation, we'll make sure your appliance starts and runs properly.

Keep in mind:
• If you requested haul away but not uninstall, make sure all old products are unhooked, emptied and moved to an area where they can easily be removed.
• If you did not request installation, your appliance will be delivered to a spot you designate. It will be removed from the packaging for you to inspect.

INSPECT YOUR APPLIANCE

Upon delivery, please inspect your products for any damage. If you see any issues, let your delivery crew know immediately. Do not accept a damaged product if you want to return or exchange it. See our Return Policy for more details, including how to request a return after your product has been delivered.

• The delivery agent won’t attempt to connect or disconnect a water line in a location where they can’t fully stand up or that doesn’t have enough light.
• The delivery agent won’t attempt to connect or disconnect to saddle or needle valves, only permanent in-line water valves.
• The delivery agent won’t attempt to connect or disconnect any water lines where ceiling tiles or other obstructions impede the valve.
• Make sure the cabinet opening is large enough for the refrigerator. No cabinet modifications will be made.
• The delivery agent won’t connect to copper water lines or reuse any existing water lines.
• Make sure water shutoff valves are in a safe and accessible location. Otherwise, the delivery agent will not be able to access it.

• Installing mounting hardware to the backsplash
• Adjusting the blower to meet the existing duct
• Securing the unit to the cabinet
• Testing the unit for proper operation

Preparing for a microwave/hood combination installation:
• Ensure the top cabinet mounting holes from the existing microwave/hood combination are the same size or smaller than the new mounting holes and won’t compromise their integrity.
• Make sure a receptacle is located in the cabinet above the microwave/hood combination.
• If removing the existing microwave/hood combination may cause damage to wall treatments, cabinets or other fixtures, the delivery agent will not remove it. This includes microwave/hood combinations that are caulked to tile or backsplashes.
• The delivery agent will only drill through finishing wall material (i.e. tile, etc..) that is not greater than 3/8" thick.
• Verify that the venting lines up with and meets all the manufacturer specifications, meaning there should be no hazardous vent materials such as flexible ducting or venting that’s the wrong size. The delivery agent won’t supply any venting and will not connect to any ducting that’s not already in place. No modifications to venting or cabinets will be made.
• The back wall plate won’t be removed if it may cause property damage.
• Make sure stripped out top cabinet bolts from the existing unit are removable.
• If the uninstall of the old unit is complex, installation won’t be completed. Examples of complex situations include a modified power supply, a unit that has been screwed directly to the cabinet or a unit that has been modified or partially disassembled.
