SLIDE-IN RANGE

Slide-in ranges offer a built-in look when installed between cabinets or other appliances. With no backguard, all the controls on a slide-in range are on the front and are great for maintaining an open layout when installing on a kitchen island. Open layouts are perfect for entertaining guests, especially while you’re creating masterpieces in the kitchen.

FREESTANDING RANGE

Freestanding ranges feature a built-in backsplash and offer installation flexibility, making it easy to install standing alone, between cabinets or at the edge of a counter with one side exposed. KitchenAid® freestanding ranges help you experiment with new recipes while maintaining a Maker’s level of precision and consistency. 

DOUBLE OVEN RANGE

Double oven ranges offer the same benefits of a freestanding range, with a bigger capacity. Use double oven kitchen ranges for the ability to cook multiple dishes at once using separate temperature zones and the flexibility to cook for larger groups without ever leaving your kitchen. 

RANGE VS STOVE

Ranges and stoves are often used interchangeably, but there are some slight differences between the two. A stove is an open, flat surface you can cook on while a range often refers to the standalone appliance with both stoves and ovens.
